Bill Luke founded Luke Real Estate in 2001 after nine years with the worldwide RE/MAX system. Bill began his career in 1992 as a real estate agent licensed in the state of Delaware and working for RE/MAX Realty in Greenville DE. In 1994 Bill also became licensed in the state of Pennsylvania allowing him to help clients in both New Castle County DE and southern Chester and Delaware counties of Pennsylvania.

In 1997 Bill left RE/MAX Realty and opened his own RE/MAX office becoming a broker/owner with 8 agents and three full time support staff. The RE/MAX experience was a very beneficial one for Bill as he quickly rose to the top of his region for both production and customer service satisfaction. Bill received a number of awards in the RE/MAX system as a direct result of his commitment to his clients and an unwavering desire to perfect the real estate transactional process.

In 2001 Bill made the largest decision of his real estate career by leaving the RE/MAX system and opening his second company, Luke Real Estate, Inc. The RE/MAX experience had greatly reduced the learning curve of opening a brand new office, but it was truly the developed operating systems and experienced personnel that allowed the company to blossom rapidly.
