We like to think of ourselves as a Full Service real estate boutique serving both buyers and sellers of residential real estate. While having transactional processing systems for both buyers and sellers, we feel it is critical to maintain the flexibility to assist each client individually.
Our service goal is to provide each client with the same high level of service. This is done by using our automated Client Care system and daily management each client’s process.
Buyers and sellers hire real estate brokers for a number of reasons, some more obvious than others. We understand that we have professional duties of which we are responsible for, but we want our clients to know we are there for them as individuals. Having worked for well over 1000 clients, we have witnessed all types of situations that people find themselves in. Most situations are easily managed due to the volumes of experience our agents and staff have. Where I like to think we really differ though, is in our commitment and ability to help people through the stressful moments of their transaction so that they need not worry.
Our goal first and foremost is to provide exceptional service and guidance. That coupled with very competitive commission rates completes our purpose of bringing each client the very best value available in today’s market. We don’t look for short cuts, but embrace technological tools to create efficiency. We staff with only experienced individuals committed to our service goals so each client reaps the benefits of a job done properly the first time.
Managing home purchases and sales is our job description. Providing the care, counsel, and experienced guidance is our specialty. We understand that we help people through enormous life style decisions while at the same time need to care for one of the largest assets they own. Being a real estate agent isn’t difficult. Earning the life long relationship of a client built on trust and commitment is quite another story.
