Above is a list of a series of services you will get from us as we help you purchase your home. While we have listed 12 bullet points of service for your review, your actual process will consist of 389 internally facilitated steps and literally hours of coordination and management.
Luke Real Estate, as your buyer agent, not only handles the obvious steps of helping you buy a home, but will in effect be the management hub of your entire home buying process. We will coordinate and manage the searches and showings, the negotiations, the contract, the inspections, the lender & appraiser, the surveyor, the attorney, and all their roles in your home buying process.
While we are as excited as you to help you find and enjoy the home you’ve always wanted to buy, we’ll never pressure you to write an offer. Our approach is “NO PRESSURE”. Our philosophy is to educate you on the current market, present you all the options of homes in your search criteria, and to protect you from making any mistakes that might hurt your investment dollars. We have found that a well educated client makes good decisions, decisions that are best for them and their needs. Therefore you will never be asked by any of our agents to “buy a home”.
Performance Guarantee
We will not ask you to sign a lengthy “buyer agent” contract nor lock you into a service agreement. We believe that if clients are serviced properly, respected and not pressured, that they will want to work with us and the way we approach the buying process. If at any time you wish to stop working with us simply let us know.
There is no cost or obligation to using our services to help you find and buy a home. Remember that our fees/commissions are paid by the seller when you purchase and settle on the property. You get a proven process totally managed by experienced professionals and immediate notification of homes that become available from our MLS system.
